When your dog is excited, avoid eye contact with your dog.
When your dog jumps up on you calmly and gently push them down without looking at them or speaking to them.
Turn your back on your dog.
Remain calm.
Be consistent, your dog will work out that jumping up doesn’t get them any attention any more.
